RRQB has a wide experience in family matters, the members of the firm specialized in this area have a great knowledge of the subject and sensibility towards such a particular matter. Services in this area include, from the preparation of a succession, prevention of legal conflicts between family members to the representation of our clients in the corresponding proceedings, either in traditional family courts, or oral trials. We also have a wide experience in voluntary procedures such as adoption, statement of interdiction, appointment of legal guardians, amongst others; as well as in contentious proceedings where there is a family dispute.
