Public-Private Partnerships

Our firm has participated as legal counselor in the organization of several Public-Private Partnerships representing the private party, and in other cases as government counselor for the development of infrastructure projects, state agreements and public credits.

Our multidisciplinary focus grants the financial viability of the projects in their corporate, financial, tax and administrative matters.

RRQB has participated in the organization of the three most important projects of APP that were launched by the Governments of Guanajuato, Jalisco and San Luis Potosí.
