Commercial Insolvency and Bankruptcy
In RRQB we provide consultancy to our clients regarding voluntary and compulsory commercial bankruptcies. We also help them with insolvency procedures. In that sense, we work with the parties we represent in the conciliation stage in order to obtain the acknowledgement of their creditor status as well as the execution of the corresponding settlement agreement, specially focusing on the guarantees that will provide a safe compliance and ensuring the best place possible within the priority credits in case it would be its position within the procedure, or if applicable, we carefully guide the parties we represent to obtain the bankruptcy benefit in order to obtain favorable conditions for the settlement of the credits being acknowledged by avoiding grounds for bankruptcy.

In addition to the foregoing, if the conditions of our clients are suitable for the appointment of a comptroller, we have a wide experience in the exercise of said task, guaranteeing the strict surveillance of the merchant’s acts regarding its management and the performance of the mediator and liquidator.
