Preparation and presentation of claims and complaints leading to protect the interests of our clients regarding the commission of any property crime, such as fraudulent management, breach of trust, fraud, robbery, etc.

We actively participate in the stage of preparation of the criminal action by diligently cooperating with the investigator’s body in the incorporation of the corresponding investigation.

Close follow up to the criminal procedure in all of its instances resulting from the exercise of the Public Prosecutor’s action.

During this stage of the trial we also try to obtain the reparation of damages from the defendant in benefit of our clients.
