ADMINISTRATIVE
In RRQB we fight for the interests of our clientsindividuals or partnerships against acts of administrative authorities within the three levels of government. We use ordinary remedies or nullity proceedings before the administrative justice courts.
Our service includes the review of law reform projects, regulations, circulars, decrees, and plans, including those that are subject to public consultation. We also preform lobbying activities with administrative authorities in order to seek the modification of reform projects subject to public consultation, as well as the study, preparation and litigation of administrative remedies or nullity proceedings arising from the unlawfulness in the acts of executive authorities.
